Nonprofit work is rewarding because it’s often passion-driven and deeply personal. But that also can mean

that nonprofit employees struggle to make time for our own health and wellbeing. That leaves us vulnerable to burn-out and mental and physical exhaustion. To help our member organizations help their employees prioritize health and wellness, we have partnered with Wel at Humana. 

Wel is located in downtown Louisville at 522 W. Main Street and is open six days a week. Check out the photos in the slide show below. It is a state-of-the-art fitness facility, with group fitness classes, a recovery room, meditation pod, spa-like amenities and more. Through our partnership, employees and board members of nonprofit organizations will receive a waived enrollment fee (a $50 value.) The monthly rate is $45.
