Management & Ops

Nonprofits have a lot of moving parts. We offer learning options for you to deepen your knowledge and broaden your skills in many areas.

A vision for a better future and the passion to realize that vision is at the heart of what you, your staff, and your board do. But that requires solid on-the-ground operational processes, procedures, and expertise in areas like financial management, human resources, IT, marketing, social media and the like. We understand that. So, we offer learning options for you to deepen your knowledge and broaden your skills in many areas of day-to-day operations.

We are pleased to partner with Tech Impact, QuickBooks Made Easy for Nonprofits, and MindEdge Learning in offering current, specific training in tools that nonprofits need to run effectively.

Types of programming we offer

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of courses and communitiy discussions. Examples have included:

  • Tools and Techniques for Hosting Successful Virtual Events
  • Retaining and Recruiting Talent
  • Digital Fundraising
  • QuickBooks Made Easy

CNPE members qualify for discounts from our partners who provide some of these professional development classes.
